Themespace was engaged by Real Madrid to master plan and conceptualize Ciudad Real Madrid (Real Madrid City) as a destination that would incorporate its training facilities, be an immersive place for established fans and new fans to interact with the lifestyle and brand of Real Madrid and to be the best place in the world to watch a game outside of the stadium. The park, hotels and conference center was designed to attract 4.5 million people a year that incorporated a theme park, next-generation hall of fame, RD&E, convention center and up to 6 different hotels of varying levels.
